✦--Product will be delivered digitally✦--In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.✦--Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.✦--I have the right to post/showcase the commissioned work on my socials. Private commissions require an extra fee.✦--I will not be responsible for any mistakes or inconsistencies on the final artwork due to insufficient information. all relevant information must be provided when ordering the commission.

⋆⁺₊⋆Payments⋆⁺₊⋆

✦--Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in Euros.✦--It is the sole responsibility of Customer to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the Seller. Paypal fees are calculated in the final price.✦--Customer accepts that item will not be delivered if payment is not completed in full.✦--Don't send payment before we discussed and agreed to your commission

⋆⁺₊⋆Personal and commercial use⋆⁺₊⋆

✦--The Product received by Customer is for personal use only. Any use of the product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Seller. This will require a separate agreement between Customer and Seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.✦--Reposting commissioned art is allowed if given proper credits to me, the seller.✦--Customizing/altering the commissioned artwork is prohibited. Unless a separate agreement between Customer and Seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.✦--Art remains the intellectual property (IP) of me, the seller.

⋆⁺₊⋆Refund & cancelation policy⋆⁺₊⋆

✦--The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.✦--If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.✦--If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.✦--If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all the beforementioned rights to the commissioned artwork. I gain the full right to profit from the commissioned artwork in any way. I will decline the chargeback and provide Paypal our conversations as evidence that I have completed work for you. Penalty is being placed on the blacklist. Means you can not commission me in the future again.✦-- If a request crosses my boundaries (Examples: Disrespectful behavior, harassment, toxic behavior), I may cancel the commission at any time. Refund amount depends on the progress of the commission.
