General
-Product will be delivered digitally-In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.-Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.-I have the right to reject your commission for any reason.-I have the right to post/showcase the commissioned work on my socials. Private commissions require an extra fee that will be discussed with the seller-I will not be responsible for any mistakes or inconsistencies on the final artwork due to insufficient information. all relevant information must be provided when requesting the commission.
Payments
-Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in Euros.-It is the sole responsibility of Customer to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the Seller.-Customer accepts that item will not be delivered if payment is not completed in full.-Don't send payment before i agreed to your commission
Personal and commercial use
-Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.-The Product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Seller. This will require a separate agreement between Customer and Seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.-Customer can not edit or remove my watermark/signature.-Reposting is allowed with credit and a link to my profile once.-Customizing/altering the commissioned work is prohibited. Unless a separate agreement between Customer and Seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.-Art remains property of the seller (The Artist).
Refund & cancelation policy
-The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.-If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.-Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in Customer being refused sales in the future.-If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.- If a request crosses my boundaries (Examples: Disrespectful behavior, harassment, toxic behavior), I may cancel the commission at any time. Refund amount depends on the progress of the commission.
By commissioning me, the customer agrees to the T.O.S (Terms of service) and commission details.
3D - SFM Custom Pony Models

Custom mane and tail = 50€+ (exclusive paypal fee)-Accessories small starting from 3€+ per small item
(Necklace, horns ,crowns etc)-Complicated eye textures 2€+-Complicated textures in general 3€+-Accessories big starting from 10€+ per big item

You have up to 2 changes before it is added to the price.You can not make changes after passing a stage of the model. Unless you pay fee for an extra change.-Extra change 3€+Stages:

You must provide-Reference sheet of your character
(Preferably vector art to make it more accurate)=Important Note=
-Make sure its a model sheet.
-Means a ref sheet where the different views do reference each other.
-Not sure about this? You can ask me-If you have a personal cutie mark premade, I will need a png (Transparent) file of said cutie mark.-Dont have a cutie mark? Or no transparent file?
